laptop. It also killed my internet connection. I was able to restore
back to my original state but my internet connection was all srewed
up. I ended up having to reboot my router and turn WEP off to get
things running again. I saw a post on slashdot.org that A LOT of
people are having issues with SP2 blocking outgoing TCP/IP
connections. For some reason when I did the upgrade it took all my
network connections and bridged them.
After I got things back up and running I installed SP2 again and all
seems fine now. If you are daring I would try a 2nd time.
