So far that's been my favorite store....of course I have Circuit City (Pushy
commissioned sales people), Fry's (King of the 'Return faulty products to
shelves'), and Ultimate Electronics (Would you like this item for only 10%
more than our competitors) to compare it to.

All of my dealings with BestBuy have been very good.  I once bought a demo
55' TV for $900 there and purchased the extended warranty for $150.  The
salesman told me that it would require some alignment of the tubes so I
thought the warranty was a good idea.  Anyway, the repairman came out to the
house to fix it and said it would need to be repaired at the shop.  The next
day they took it away.  After 2 weeks we began to wonder how long it would
take.  After 4 weeks, we started thinking something was very wrong.  After 6
weeks they brought it back to us.   Unfortunately, the screen had been
pushed in and cracked.  The body had been scraped and chipped in several
places, and oh, it also didn't work at all now.  After a couple of calls to
BestBuy, they replaced the TV with a TV of our choice from the store.  We
ended up getting a new one priced at $1800 without having to pay any extra.
It's not something I want to go through again, but I thought BestBuy handled
it well.
