Oh it might be important to note I live in Ohio and I used to work at
3 different Ohio stores, I worked at one and was temp put into 2 other
stores.  The store I primarily worked at has now produced about 1/4 of
the current managers at best buy stores our region, so I have a really
good idea of how the employees act in Ohio since I used to work with
some of their managers when they were low level snot nosed morons. My
favorite is that after agreeing to buy a service plan from Best Buy
which guarantees you a replacement of your product if it is damaged
from  power surges the sales person continues to try and sell you a
$150 ups/surge protector based on the fact that it is a great surge
protector.
