I can think up a list of things why Americans should be proud of America. 

We built this country from nothing, while fleeing oppression to do it and
lots of people lost their life's in doing this. Not only in war, but also
traveling here when it was deemed impossible. Now of course this is just one
of many things.

But this country needs to remember that we should not opress or impose our
country's belief on others. But we do a damn good job helping other
countries. All people and countries make mistakes. We are not perfect.

But this could go on forever and I don't have the time.
