If she was in the median and you were in the parking lot she is
entering she is supposed to be given the right of way, mind you she
does not have the right of way no one does except Ambulences and Post
office trucks(funny old law no one pays attnetion to in Ohio). If she
is turning into a parking lot from the median and you are crossing
that median to enter the same parking lot I would be inclined to say
she still should be given the right of way.

Other than that the only other time I can think of is if you have a
green arrow and the other has a red light ;)
