Like I said she "should" have been given the right of way...Since you
didn't give it to her I don't spoose she had it eh? You are always
given the right of way you never "have" the right of way unless you
are given the right of way. Now had it come down to an accident I
image you would get the blame on the ticket....Generally speaking
traffic law allows for the right of way to whoever is on a busier
road. Think about yield signs on how they work, likewise with stop
signs. When entering a highway the people turning left onto the entry
ramp are generally to be given the right of way b/c thier are coming
from a potentially more volitile part of the intersection. She was in
a potentially more volitile part of the interesction as well. My best
friends mom is a driving instructor so I listen to the BS all the
time, and one time I drove her car and she used the bloody right brake
on me scared the crap out of me.
