I want a mount in my dashboard that used the iPod like an 8-track.  Just
snap it in and control it completely through the head unit.  Song
displays, playlists, etc. etc.  It should recharge the iPod like a
normal base unit would, and you should be able to just pop it out when
you get out of the car.

Once that's in place, the ability to interface with XM/Sirius and record
songs as MP3's (or, at the very least, burnable AAC like through iTunes)
with all the id3 information for an extra $x per month tagged onto your
subscription, and we're in business.
