What does that mean? How do you campaign for the Rapture?

The US presidency is in such hands, but the military (for the most part) is
not.
When our generals start actively campaigning for the Rapture, then we got

The US is in the hands of religious fundamentalist fanatics.
I have to agree however that an Iran that had nuclear weapons would be
capable of using them.
