I guess I'm one of those dark colored foreigners... though not middle-eastern.
I don't particular find the statement insulting - I've seen, and heard worse. I've had worse done to me. The only thing I got from it - was the person who stated such a thing was an obvious idiot. You can't blame him for being dumb... you can only shoot him.
