Hey, I think Mr. Bush makes a good argument: spreading liberty
benefits the world.

Further, if I were an Iraqi, I'd be taking the opportunity to
consolidate my corner of the world or get out.  That is, I'd be
overjoyed to see Mr. Hussein out of my hair.

That, however, doesn't make the war, or the manner it was conducted,
good policy or a priority.  And therein lies the problem.

While I could be convinced that this was a great nation building
exercise, I don't think it was good for the war on terror and I think
it was a luxury we can't afford right now.

What can I say?  I'm fiscally conservative and socially liberal - in
order of importance to me.
