It's not a performance feature...it's a Microsoft Bug.
It's part of Windows Annoyances.org's list of microsoft annoyances,
right next to the whole Windows OS itself.
Plus there's no documentation for this 'feature'.


All the other DVD programs work just fine on either monitor.
Microsoft sucks.


I hear they are going to scrap the Media Player too pending the results in that big EU lawsuit thing anyways.


DVDs are overrated anyways, people should go to Free Theatre more.
And Everyone should use Linux.
