BTW - I saw part of an interview with Miss Mackris and her lawyer on GMA this morning.  I'm no big fan of O'Reilly but, I have to say, her lawyer has to be one of the biggest asses I've ever heard - he brings smarmy to a whole new level.  There was a quote from O'Reilly where he said the allegations were

"the single most evil thing I have ever experienced, and I've seen a lot. But these people picked the wrong guy."

Her lawyer then began accusing O'Reilly of making threats that could be construed as direct threats against his saftey, the safety of his family, blah blah blah...what a moron.  He certainly did nothing to bolster her case in my mind.   I'm not saying that O'Reilly is innocent but this woman should seek new counsel.
