Having skimmed the site I thought one thing was odd: some of the
quotes of Mr. O'Reilly read, "... defendant said something to the
effect of blah blah blah", yet in other places it reads, "defendant
said, 'I, uh, want you to know something ...'"

The point being some of the quotes are non-specific, but others
include "uhs" and "ums".  To me that smells like taped conversations.
Add to that the places where the plaintiff had a friend present.

If there are legally admissible tapes and secondary testimony I'd say
it doesn't look good for Mr. O'Reilly.
