fwiw saw a piece on CNN about this. The lawyer with the prosecutorial experiece was saying that if in fact there are tapes to substantiate, then this is a textbook case of harassment. The lawyer with the defense experience said poo poo, why did she go back to Fox then if the atmosphere was so hostile.
