... umm... i'm not sure if it's that black and white... I've never
really met any gay people who did feel it was that black and white...
Most of them feel that they can have their beliefs and they don't have
to be the same as their parents beliefs... contradicting her parents?
... maybe... so? ... that means what? ... She also doesn't necessarily
have to be ashamed of her lifestyle to describe it as a "cheap
shot"... granted that words are words and they're given to
interpretation... but I'd venture to say that most people who are "in
the closet" feel that they can be there without being ashamed -- I can
walk down the street and not be ashamed that I'm bisexual -- it
doens't mean that I _want_ to _intentionally_ walk down a particular
street where it is well known that many hate crimes are committed
waving a banner that says I'm bisexual.
