Absolutely not....but, that was not the question. We provide ample details about the client's vision for a site, then convey that to the designer. We are not 'out to get' our designers, we just ask that they have some semblance of reality and what the real world is like. It was not a question of whether or not a designer could design a site with little or no information, as we do give them all they should need and more. It was more like don't design a site that looks like it should be for Dell computer when the obvious look should be more tavern-like.
