Well, Missouri has spend no money on Iraq. It may have sent some people from military bases in state, but I doubt that single state number beats Poland, England or others. It's population is definitly smaller than many of the coalition members and the same goes for size. If Kerry picked and choosed the criteria, it's still a looooong stretch. I chalk it up to him shooting for glib rather than fact.
