The citizens of Missouri do pay taxes and their dollars too went to pay for the war so 
I would say Missouri has contributed.  I would love to see how many troops have been 
sent from Poland or Spain.  If the number of soldiers from Missouri doesn't out number 
those from Poland Span I would bet the number of soldiers from California would.

Well, Missouri has spend no money on Iraq. It may have sent some people from
military bases in state, but I doubt that single state number beats Poland,
England or others. It's population is definitly smaller than many of the
coalition members and the same goes for size. If Kerry picked and choosed
the criteria, it's still a looooong stretch. I chalk it up to him shooting
for glib rather than fact.
