They're not asking for a helpful United States. They're asking for the United States to get their nose out of their business, and to lift the sanctions imposed BY the United States which prevents them from progressing to the 'next step' as an independent country. They're asking for the United States to end it's persecution of their country and allow them to grow and develop,as a Socialist state if that is where they are at right now.
