What's with coumadin and salad? Some interesting things I recall about coumadin. It's a blood thinner commercially known as Warfarin. It was developed here at the University of Wisconsin and we have a research building called the "WARF" building. It stands for Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation. Coumadin is also a tell-tale ingredient in false vanilla extract from Mexico.
