yeah, too much of it will cause internal hemorrhaging. And the dose
depends on what you are eating. I really hate the idea of committing
to a certain diet. I'd be a terrible diabetic. I'm hoping to be one of
the people that only takes the stuff for six months, but hey even if
not, it beats the alternative :P
