If that makes you feel better, but I would point out that: 1.) We have as much of an idea that Libya is off the list as we did that Mr. Hussein had WMD. Mr. Qadafi could be inserting the core into a nuke as we write. 2.) We have no idea where N. Korea would be if there would've been another President. 3.) What we do know is that Mr. Bush's strategy with N.
