Iraq shot at our planes everyday for years. On the eve
of Clinton�s impeachment he bombs Iraq. I think Saddam
might have laughed.

As for Somalia, remember Black Hawk Down?
Many believe that's what convinced Bin Laden that we
were weak and could easily be attacked in our
homeland.
