Oh. Brain bubble. I suppose that if you make more than 400k a year
that is what it is. This version fits what Kerry was saying in his
campaign speeches.

When I said that wasn't exactly right, I was referring to the very
small portion of the bill that had to do with armor and to the fact
that armor apparently was not adequately addressed by anyone/
