In general, no. I'm not going to take a drug w/o my doctor telling me,
and studying it first. It would be suicide to take a drug w/o knowing
what it will do to you. At the same time, if people want to be stupid,
so be it. Don't sell the drugs to kids, and make sure that if a person
does something under the influence, they pay for it.
