But whose responsibility is that? I.e., I'm not going to take a drug
unless I know the side effects. If birth control can be problematic
with the conditions you state below, couldn't it not be listed in the
release notes? (Heh, sorry, you know what I mean.)

This is probably a new topic now - Can we trust people to make
judgements about drugs and read the warnings.
