I can't add much more to what Won said as he hit the high points.  In
a nutshell the article takes the position that Mr. Bush is Master and
Commander of international economic institutions - and that's not the
case.

Professional money managers, economists, etc have been calling Mr.
Bush's fiscal policies "unintelligible" or "mystifying" for most of
his term and especially after Sec O'Neil was fired.  On the whole I
agree with that assessment.

One things to mention is that The Economist has said that Mr. Bush has
spent all of his first term "feeding the wolf" and that he's almost
out of food.  They're implying that the wolf is about to bite the hand
that feeds it.  In their words, "The wolf is drooling."

See if he keeps Mr. Snow or not - that should indicate what to expect.
