that's the problem, though, we'll never know. For the record, I am
just saying it smells terrible, and like Caesar's wife, the election
process should be above reproach. Why not just move to SQL server, or
is the accountability the problem? By the way, last I saw, we were
still counting votes here. Not that NM will affect the total if Ohio
turns out to have gone Bush. Why in the year of 2004 wuold we stil be
having these problems with election registration? I mean... your
garden variety policeman can determine if my *car* is registered and
even often whether it is insured. Why so many provisional ballots?
