I am implementing a web stats function to track pages and blah blah.... How does one track a UNIQUE visitor?
I know when a user visits the site, you can get a lot of CGI information. With that you can get their IP Address (REMOTE_ADDR). With DHCP, how can you tell if they are UNIQUE or not or am I really looking at this all wrong?
