My buddy actually droped off a SmartDisk FireLite external hard drive for me. It is Small! About the size of a scientific calculator and maybe just a tad thicker. It uses Firewire for both power and for data transfer. It holds just 60Gig, but for transferring files between computers it seems like a great deal!
It fits in my pocket! I also have a Maxtor oneTouch External hard disk,120Gig. But that's huge compared to this cute little thing. It's never taken me so long to copy across two CD Images before. I've had it for three days now and I'm afraid I'm getting attached to shuttling work between home and work with this, rather than the huge, ungainly, totally big, what-was-I-thinking Maxtor ^_^ -Gel -----Original Message----- From: Larry C. Lyons [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] I purchased a FW/USB2.0 enclosure and just dropped in an older 160 gig drive. Works great as a backup. larry ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Special thanks to the CF Community Suite Gold Sponsor - CFHosting.net http://www.cfhosting.net Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:137221 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
