Children are always shown different pictures of Jesus growing up, and many children may never be shown pictures.
Would you average Jewish, Muslim, or Hindu 5 year old be able to recognize a random picture of Jesus. I don't see many religious commercials on cartoon network. Unless the kid is specifically taught about these things, then what do you expect.
