The problem isn't Mr. DeLay, it's suspending ethics in order to protect him.

The issue is not Mr. Bush doing what he wants, the issue is that one
party now controls Congress and the Presidency - they should be able
to easily pass legislation to protect this country; but they just
can't seem to get it done.

Yet the neo-cons quickly get together on spending Pork or suspending
ethics for one of their key guys.

BTW - you're assuming that Mr. Bush wants to pass this bill, one that
he opposed in the past.  We don't know if wanted this bill to pass.
