I used to like Dell. I ordered PCs for my family from there... have
always had them at work... and now I decide to order a monitor for
myself. So I place the order on 11/22 after calling on the phone to make
sure it was in stock and ready to ship.... they say "yes sir it is". I
try ordering over the phone using the stackable coupons, etc but they
say I must go to the website to place the order. I was assured the
monitor would ship out within 3 days. Well here it is 2 weeks later and
no monitor. The order status page at Dell says "in production". I have
called numerous times and emailed numerous time and even posted to their
message boards in their customer support area... only to get generic,
cookie cutter, canned replies that tell me nothing.Ugh... what happened
to Dell!?
