Add me to the mix... I've heard of numerous complaints here recently.
Mostly folks ording Axims (X3i and X50 models).  Some really nasty supply
chain issues going on.  A ton of parts on backorder.  I had to wait a month
and a half to get my Axim X50v.  (Sweet PDA by the way!!!)  Their customer
service sucks.  Incompetent customer care folks (and yes they are
outsourced).  But their products are usually pretty good as are their
prices, so I deal with the other crappy aspects of their business.
