Yeah, I know of a few others that are having major issues as well. The guy that lives next door to us got someone else's order entirely! He ordered a mid level PC for about a grand and wound up getting an XPS with a new 2005FP widescreen LCD. He was telling us last night that Dell wanted him to pay the shipping back to them! He said, "you want it, come and get it". The funny thing was, the invoice and shipping label all had his information on it.
