Well for one, here in California all you need is a driver's license to buy a gun. The point is when you are asked for ID in the US, everyone pulls out their drivers license. This give illegals a vaid US identity for whatever purpose necessary. I cannot see any benefit in doing this.
I did not say minimum wage earners do not buy insurance. I'm saying that illegal immigrants in that pay level are not likely to do so. Do you honestly think they would?
