I'd just kick them out... at least, the guy can be kicked out if you want the girl to stay. Screw the laws, it's your house. If they threaten to call the cops, threaten to press charges against the BF for theft.

Since they are not paying rent they are called FAMILy so you will want to fill out a family form which has ALOT less qualifications for getting it. You just have to be threatened if they were paying rent they would not fall under family and then they would have had to assault you 2 times to get it. But what that will do is get you an Emergency Service Packet that you take to your house call the cops and the local PD will serve the restraining order and they will not be allowed to be within 100 feet of you. If you don't call the PD the county sheriff will have a deputy out within 3-5 days to serve it. Have the local PD do it because the deputy was freaking pissed i used it to get my squatter out but screw him he didn't have to live with her ass for a year because he tried to do something nice. This is how it was described to me by everycop. Once you invite a person to stay you're on your own. You can try to get them to leave but if they won't the cops cant throw them out. You could say they were just there and they might throw them out but if the squatter has ANYTHING with your address on it as his, ie paycheck, phone bill etc then they can not be removed without eviction. But with them not paying you rent and his criminal history you should have it pretty easy to get a temporary restraining order which will get them out the door. Moral of the story do not ever let anyone stay in your house. We have a saying at our house now not even jesus can stay for a few days.
