No the BF of the squatter was violent but you press charges and they
goto jail but that is still there house. And the legal trend across
even md now as well is to give more squatters rights. My sister had to
deal with a similar situation and she got stuck having to evict the
girl from the house to get the cops to make her leave.

It sucks when you try to do something nice and get taken advantage of.
