No - of course not. The subject was purely a late night flippancy, not serious. Like I said, the "supposed to be" comment hit me. As if there's so rule or committee that doles out psychopaths to urban centers. The "you read about stuff" comment was also telling since yes, I DO read about stuff - and at least as many shadows of twisted humanity come from the bread basket and small towns as do the coasts and big cities. I'm sure that somebody somewhere has done research on this, but I'd be very surprised to find that the truly twisted crime is more prevalent in the cities.
