I've always been amazed that I'm never stopped when traveling. My wallet is a metal cigarette case. It's plenty big enough to hide a razor blade and a metal screw. Plastic box cutter handles are easy to stuff in your bag. My wallet always goes through the X-ray machine, and it's never questioned. You know they can't see what's inside it. I could be a TSA tester every time I fly, and they'd fail every time.
