The first one looks kinda close...

UPDATE!  I forgot that I have an ofoto account, I have a picture of the 
house when we did the inspection, and the leaves are on it.

So, until I take a picture tonight (without leaves, you can get a better 
idea of what it looks like without the leaves, believe it or not):

Kinda small, but that is all I have to work with right now.

Somebody had mentioned to me sometime that they thought it was a Japanese 
Maple, but the pics online don't look that way.
