I don't know - I found it very scary in parts. I agree that this is his worst film... although I don't think it was bad per se - just his worst film. But one thing Night gets right - at least for me - is creepyness. The parts that were scary were extremely scary for me.
My wife hated it though. She called the best a giant beaver. Now whenever she sees the commercial, she goes, "Oh, it's the giant beaver movie."
