nice answer Sandy, which did not make my inbox for some reason. That book is a classic and you put it nicely -- the difference in people with ADD and ADHD is how often they have those symptoms. If you find yourself nodding while looking at that list and saying oh yes, absolutely then it's something to look into. And Marlon, may I share a little lightbulb moment I had once in my technical support days -- nobody ever said there can only be *one* issue. Possibly you have both sleep apnea and ADD. I'd suggest consistently using your CPAP for a while and then seeing if the checklist still describes you.
