We looked at a place about 40 minutes west of Boston (Maynard, for those of you in the area), and saw a house for 350K that had had the garage ripped off, a huge gaping hole in the side of it, no electical system (!), a leaky furnace in the basement, no insulation, and huge cracks in the foundation (you could see outside!). The place was gutted. No lights, nothing. It was right on a main road. And yes, I said 350K. *350K*!! I mean, seriously. -Robyn ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Discover CFTicket - The leading ColdFusion Help Desk and Trouble Ticket application http://www.houseoffusion.com/banners/view.cfm?bannerid=48 Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:143630 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
