We looked at a place about 40 minutes west of Boston (Maynard, for those
of you in the area), and saw a house for 350K that had had the garage
ripped off, a huge gaping hole in the side of it, no electical system
(!), a leaky furnace in the basement, no insulation, and huge cracks in
the foundation (you could see outside!). The place was gutted. No
lights, nothing. It was right on a main road. And yes, I said 350K.
*350K*!!

I mean, seriously.
