There seems to be very little rhyme or reason to some of the listing prices around here, too. Our house is in a really quiet and good neighborhood, which was important to us, and it was the first suitable house we'd seen in a good neighborhood. Most of the stuff at this price was in a loud neighborhood near a busy street. The roof and heating system are both old, so had those been new, they could have asked for more money. Otherwise, the house is in decent shape. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Find out how CFTicket can increase your company's customer support efficiency by 100% http://www.houseoffusion.com/banners/view.cfm?bannerid=49 Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:143638 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
