I said both are factual truths.  Both are very insensitive though.  But 
both are correct.  To say someone getting in because of affirmative 
action is racism is wrong.

Ok.  Now I know I wrote the last email very clearly.  I never wrote or 
gave the impression that affirmative action is a euphemism.  Affirmative 
Action is a program or policy.  It is a program of policy that factors 
in race.  My contention was with people who say this is racism.  That 
simply is not the case.  Call it what you want; affirmative action or 
the program.  But do not call it racism.

Sure you can say that is unfair.  But I would advise saying that to 
their face.  It would be like Bill Gates complaining to a bum on the 
street that it's unfair that the Mercedes dealer didn't cut him a deal a 
good deal.
