One thing that really bothers me about bullies/name calling and schools.... if one of the purpose of schools is to prepare kids for their adult life - why is that so many schools ignore name calling and verbal abuse? I know if I call a co-worker fat, I'm going to get in trouble. Verbal abuse is -not- acceptible in the adult world - yet for some reason it is perfectly fine in school.
You always, "High school is horrible - and it was horrible for everyone", but does it really have to be that way?
