I don't know. At the place I work now, there are more women than men. Should I 
be considered a minority here? The last job was 3-1 for men. The one before 
that had way more women. I can't give you statistics for my town, state or 
country. I do know a LOT of women personally who don't work (by preference). 
Some work in the home. I know way fewer men who don't work (by choice). And 
even fewer house-husbands who take care of the home and/or kids.

There are more women than men in my town, my state and my country. And in the 
world. Wouldn't this make them a majority?

There aren't a lot of 90-year-olds or 4-year-olds here, though. Maybe they 
should be considered a minority?

So if women aren't minorities, there must be as many women in the 
workplace as there are men.  Is this the case?
