Your sample size is too small.  And 90 year olds and 4 years olds don't 
work or go to college.  So they don't fit into the discussion.  I'm 
trying to convince you without being overbearing, but I notice you have 
a sense of sarcasm too.  Basically, I'm asking why are women effected by 
AA even though they aren't minorities?

If this sounds like a lot of double speak and politically sensitive 
jargon, then welcome to reality.  How these words are defined are the 
trenches in this war.  You can spark fist fights over the very hairs we 
are splitting now.  If you are unwilling or ill prepared to engage in 
this hair splitting, then I advise you to remove yourself from the 
academic debate over racism.  My comments have been very benign compared 
to that mordant tongue lashing that waits behind the doors of America's 
highest institutions.
