Well, stats like that really don't mean anything.

Racism is a problem, there is no doubt about that. It still happens, and in
the backs of people's minds they think about stereotypes when they see
somebody, is it right - no, will AA change that, I don't think so.

My first question is what is the percentage of applicants that are putting
in for these management jobs? What about the people out there being sought
out as CEOs, where did they come from?

I think the real problem that nobody wants to talk about still comes down to
primary education. Primarily minority schools get less funding than
primarily white schools.

Jefferson himself said that for our society to work we must educate
everybody. Well, many people are not getting that education, and it is
hurting them.

These stats don't come close to talking about a real problem, the HR manager
stat for instance, 2.3% doesn't sound to me to be a problem. The CEO thing,
I don't know the answer to, 16.7% while it seems a little big, that stat
doesn't answer the question of why that is the case.

Where is the stat that compares the number of whites with 20 years
experience running a company, or with a masters degree, and all these other
things that actually create some of the qualifications that these jobs are
based on.

I want people to be treated equally, I don't like the idea that somebody has
an advantage over me because of their skin color, and I don't want to work
for a place where I have an advantage over somebody else because of their
skin color.

I think if we have to improve education, only then will we see a real
change.
